![]() I know this is a new service and will give it time, but between the abysmal apps on multiple platforms, terrible unintuitive UI, and confusing and seemingly arbitrary restrictions on certain channels and/or shows, I'm not excited to start paying money for this service.Įdit: it also seems to happen a lot when moving through the guide, if it's trying to pull down channel guide data for that channel, it freezes up until it finally loads. I also have Sling on my Xbox One and it's similarly crappy, but on Roku it constantly freezes up and starts buffering, rendering the UI unusable until it comes back, sometimes up to 30 seconds later. No other app that I use has been like this, and I've had the Roku 3 since they first came out, and a Roku 2 HD before that.
